Aster Group noticed a common problem among organizations regarding performance management issues. Key processes including budgeting and consolidation seemed disjointed. There was no centralized data source or cohesive toolset. There was an increasing focus by the SEC and other regulatory agencies on disclosure, controls and procedures (DC&P).
